The Department of Commerce of Anhui Province has announced the results of the "Anhui Export Brands" accreditation for the year 2022. A total of 111 brands from 74 enterprises across the province have been recognized, with a validity period of three years (2023-2025). Four enterprises from Anqing City have had five brands selected as "Anhui Export Brands."

To expedite the cultivation of new advantages in foreign trade competitiveness and enhance the quality and international competitiveness of exported goods, the provincial Department of Commerce initiated the "Anhui Export Brands" selection process in 2021. Enterprises can apply annually, and the accreditation is valid for three years. In recent years, Anqing City has actively promoted the growth of leading foreign trade enterprises, stabilized the export of traditional specialty products, and encouraged companies to implement brand enhancement strategies. This effort aims to improve the export competitiveness of enterprises and cultivate new advantages in foreign trade competition. Currently, Anqing has a total of 15 brands selected as "Anhui Export Brands."
In the next steps, the Anqing Municipal Bureau of Commerce will further strengthen guidance, leverage the exemplary role of "Anhui Export Brands," and encourage export enterprises to enhance their independent research and development capabilities and product quality management. This initiative aims to drive more enterprises to focus on improving their core competitiveness, facilitating high-quality development in foreign trade.
